Payment Intervals

• Twelve equal monthly payments from September 2021 through August 2022
• Pay the entire annual amount by September 1st and receive a 5% discount
• Pay half of the entire tuition by September 1st and the other half by February 1st.

General Tuition Information

• Tuition is being paid for ten months of schooling (36 weeks), whether on year-round or traditional schedule
• Tuition is charged, even when student is virtual because of illness or vacation, but can be counted present if they check in and we account for their work that day. This gives parents flexibility in schedule and vacations so students can still be counted present for school if the work is done.
• If you have split custody and need supervision every other week, the cost will be half of the totals above. You will be assigned as Week A or Week B.
• Application fee: $25 (non-refundable)
• Before-care: 7:30am - 8:30am -- $5.00 per student per day ($25 for the week)
• After-care: 2:00pm - 6:00pm -- $5.00 per hour per student per day

Withdrawals and Late Fees

• Withdrawals from the school can only be made at the end of a semester with 30 days' notice, or no refunds will be given. If 30 days' notice is given and withdrawal is made at the end of the semester, refunds will be pro-rated according to amounts that have already been paid and any balances that are owed.
• A late fee of $25 will be assessed if monthly payment is more than five days late. Payments are due on the first of the month.
• If monthly payments become more than 60 days past due, student will be required to withdraw from Choice Academy with no refunds.
